The Bel Vue features 21 beautifully renovated and affordable one-bedroom apartment homes. Income limits and rent restrictions apply.

All apartments are leased on a first-come, first-served basis and in full compliance with all Fair Housing laws. 

 

Many thanks to all the applicants who submitted Lottery Applications. We received 111 applications for the 21 apartments. On Thursday, July 25th at 3:00 p.m. we will conduct the lottery. Bel Vue Management will contact the lucky lottery applicants who win. Once contacted, applicants will have 24 hours to respond or will give their place up to the next qualified applicant on the list. We will process applications sequentially from the list of lottery winners until we have 21 qualified applicants.
